Celia M. Rivera – Attorney at Law
Celia M. Rivera is the founder of Rivera Law Offices. She limits her practice to representing injured people and has represented hundreds of personal injury clients over the course of her career. She has extensive litigation and arbitration experience, as well as jury trial experience. Celia represents every client with integrity, honesty and candor. Celia speaks fluent Spanish and is particularly fond of helping her non-English speaking clients navigate the insurance and claims process.
Celia started her legal career working as a paralegal for a personal injury firm in Silverdale, Washington in 1993. Celia fell in love with the law and quickly decided she could make more of a difference as an attorney. As a single mother with a three year old son, Celia applied and was accepted to Seattle University School of Law in 1997. Celia excelled at law school and graduated in 2000.
Celia is so passionate about representing injured people, not only does she run a full time practice, she also volunteers and has served on numerous committees for the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ). Celia is a Past WSAJ President (2020-2021) and continues to serve on the WSAJ Board of Governors. She is a WSAJ Eagle member, and a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Thurston County Bar Association, Latina/o Bar Association of Washington and Washington Women Lawyers Bar Association She is often a featured speaker at continuing education seminars for attorneys and chiropractors. She is active in numerous other local non-legal associations.
Celia was born in Seattle, but grew up in Calexico, California, a small rural farming community. She returned to the NW to attend the University of Washington. Celia speaks fluent Spanish, and keeps in contact with her family and childhood friends who still live in California. Celia moved back to Washington almost 30 years ago and considers herself a true Washingtonian.
Hobbies: Celia has an adult son she loves, a new granddaughter and a black pug who is super spoiled. Celia loves to dance and travel. You won’t find her sitting down with good dancing music playing.

Anna Pierson – Attorney at Law
Anna Pierson limits her practice to representing people injured through no fault of their own as a result of car accidents. Anna is a patient and compassionate advocate for her clients. She understands that being involved in a collision is stressful and can have long term consequences. Anna is a graduate of Brigham Young University School of Law.
Anna is married and has 4 children, two of whom are in college. She is also a new grandmother. She is active in the local community and enjoys spending time with her family and helping others.
